• What do you charge for Buyer representation?

Our Buyer Rep. services are free for 3 months, if you sign the exclusive Realtor agreement, if not $40 per hour paid upfront. 

• For Sellers, do you hold Open Houses? 

Yes, depending on the listing package selected by the client.

• Are your fees negotiable?

Yes, you can alter your listing package at any time. If you want more open houses they are $75 each for a two hour onsite Realtor.

• When do I pay for your services and will you take a credit card?

Services are paid upfront by money order or credit card,  for showing homes without a Buyer's Representation agreement and additional Open Houses outside listing agreement.

Realtor commission is paid at closing.
